I didn't complete the exercise. I found out somebody broke the electrical wire of the elliptical. Then when I tried the kettlebell I feel that my back muscle almost snapped. So I stopped immediately.
I was a bit disappointed but I'll sort it out by today.

We'll talk about something profound today.
