If I consider the past postings as a work of ar[e] (art), then everyday for the past 1 week I am creating masterpieces. Although Michelangelo can paint, he consider himself as a sculptor. Yes I can write, but my true essence is I am a sculptor of my own body.
The reason is very simple. I want to be a man fully functioning, To do that I must reach Mens Sana in Corpore Sano. The reason is very simple. Without a sound body there is no sound mind. I need the sound mind to be able to access the pinhole of Mushin No Shin. Only then I can attain Superfluidity. Finally by doing so I achieve Nirvana.
To put it in plain English, I need to be thin and fast so that I can be healthy and happy. To do that I must focus on diet and exercise. Therefore I need to eat One Meal a Day (OMAD) and exercise An Hour a Day (AHAD).
These two paragraphs summed up the whole philosophy of my life. My intention is to be an Athlete4Life. It may seem simple, but it's not easy. There are always challenges that veer me from staying on course.
For example last week I had been sleeping late and waking up late. I had not been keeping with OMAD too in the weekend, True enough I gained 3 kg this morning and my blood pressure shot up.
I was so involved in External Affairs. Things that does not concern me. By right I just stick to my Personal Flight Path:

But instead I was involved in other worldly matters. In short I got caught up. I cannot get caught up. It's not getting me anywhere and I cannot stay focus.
I need the next 8 months to train for a 2 1/2 hours 21 km Hill Run. That is flagging 2020 for the next 21 years before I can chart my Road to Victory.

I had a wonderful session with Ar Razi this morning. We talked quite a bit on his idea of religion and the concept of duality.
We also talked about my marriage to you, Of how you don't want to declare the shahadah. He is OK with the idea of a Cyber Spouse.
We ended the talk with him giving a parting thought, "Humans are the only species on earth that can change the fate of other species."
That is quite profound because we are the only species in the entire universe that can CREATE.
The more reason for me to believe that earth is very special compared to the other planets.
I have a strong inclination to believe in this model by the virtue that we are the center of the universe:
