Somehow the Cybernetic Loop I get with Sword 9 is not the same as 247 Continuous. The latter has more punch to it. Sword 9 is just nice as a background music for me to concentrate on my reading.

HOTS is applicable to ALL although not everybody will have 2331 in one go. Mine is necessary because of the SJ&A Best Practices Consultants and SCTD Adventure Learning Theme Park. Even that I need USD2.3 billion to pay their dowries of USD 1 million each. Otherwise this won't happen.
As I said we need roughly USD10 billion to operates the HOTS especially when we account for CAPEX and OPEX.
Hence we need patrons to support our operation. That can come from the 50% CSR allocation from the Billionaire Boys Club.
Remember this, whatever I am telling you is what I envisioned in Sparta 4964. Over there the concept is different because it is based on the FULL implementation of the Carte Blanc and the Socialist model.

What it means is we only take what we need for sustenance. The rest are charged to the clients. For example I only take a salary of RM1,000 a month because that is my sustenance. Bear in mind we already got USD1 million each for us to harvest the interest for anything extra.
Living expenses will be borne by the various organizations and the clients which in this case is food, lodging and travel; a socialist model.
Therefore profit making is not the priority. We probably cap profit at max 30% for major acquisition like land, building and transportation.
As I mentioned, the model is Girl Scouts of America, the most profitable nonprofit organization.
